ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is an opaque engineering thermoplastic that is great for a variety of purposes. It is easy to machine, unaffected by a wide range of temperatures and resistant to many chemicals. ABS plastic is used in many consumer goods such as computer keyboard keys, appliance housing, wall outlet face plates and LEGO blocks. If purposed into a spool, it can be used as a material for 3D printers.
