What is PES Plastic?

PES or PESU (polyethersulfone) is a high performance thermoplastics that are part of the Polysulfones family. Polysulfones are known for excellent rigidity, toughness, and dimensional stability over a wide range of temperatures. Other Polysulfones commonly used are PSU (polysulfone) and PPSU (polyphenylene sulfone). Polysulfone are hydrolysis-resistant, chemical resistant, and has one of the highest service temperatures among thermoplastics, making it ideal for autoclave, steam, and sterilization applications.
