This option allows you to select just the size and dimensions you need without the need to purchase and store any excess. After dimensions are selected an updated price per custom sheet will be displayed.

Custom Hole Information: 

You can choose to add holes to your PETG sheet. After entering your desired number of holes, select from the available hole sizes using the drop down menu above. 

Dimension Information:

Standard Cut-to-Size length and width tolerances are +/-1/8", but are typically more accurate. Please contact us if you need greater precision. Clear PETG sheet thickness tolerances are +/- 10% and can vary throughout the sheet, but variations are typically less than 5%. Please refer to nominal and actual sheet thicknesses below.

0.06" = 1.5mm
0.08" = 2mm
0.09" = 2.3mm
0.098" = 2.5mm
1/8" = 3mm = 0.118"
3/16" = 4.5mm = 0.177"
1/4" = 5.5mm = 0.217"

PET-G (polyethylene terephthalate - glycol) is a thermoplastic that provides excellent toughness, chemical resistance and is easy to thermoform. PET-G can be readily vacuumed and pressure-formed as well as heat bent. It fabricates well using processes like die cutting, drilling, routing, and bending. FDA approved grades of PET-G is commonly used as containers in the beverage & food industries. Acme Plastics has Cut-to-Size PET-G Clear Sheets available.
